We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as PACU Trainee. The training program will begin July 2018 and continue for 4-6 months with varying schedules. To qualify you must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. A minimum of two years recent clinical nursing practice experience preferred. Excellent customer service, communication and team building skills are required. Current NYS RN License; BCLS, ACLS and PALS are also required.
The successful candidate will carry out care responsibilities with emphasis on nursing judgments to assist patients to attain their optimum level of wellness within a framework of stated outcomes. The RN is responsible for the overall post-operative coordination documentation, and evaluation of patient care.
