KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Project Manager - Operations to join our- Center of Excellence for Advanced Analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Data & Analytics master program plan and guide workstream leads in the development of their individual project plans and incorporate updates to plans based on discussions with workstream leads

  • Communicate with workstream leads and D&A Leadership on a weekly basis to ensure plans are being executed per the agreed upon schedule and within budget while identifying gaps in process and areas for improvement to support the Data & Analytics organization with program internal controls

  • Track financial and performance metrics that feed status updates and required reports to the D&A Leadership, SGI Portfolio Office and/or other governing body

  • Liaise with other firmwide support groups that support workstream activities specifically Marketing, Risk Management, SGI Program Office and F&A

  • Responsible for developing and delivering key deliverables to implement D&A workstream e.g. – PMO Talent Management, Projects & Profitability, Launch Process & Innovation – Global Reporting – Resource Management scheduling & utilization – Knowledge Management for D&A Portal Sites, Content and Communcations

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a project management office or project managent role, preferably within a professional services envirionment

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or related field

  • Project management experience creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring the agreed in-scope milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within budget, and enforcing compliance throughout the process

  • Strong communication (oral and written), leadership, negotiation, and teaming skills with ability to create consensus among stakeholders at all levels with the ability to explain data & analytics concepts to non-technical team members

  • Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and execute solutions in a collaborative environment in the execution of large inititives with previous Change Management and Training experience prefered

  • Ability to apply Data & Analytics concepts to business problems and how applying these concepts can provide business value
