Job DescriptionJob Brief:

As part of the Research, Adjustments and Return Items team, this position supports multiple varied tasks across the team s broad areas of responsibility. As such, the chosen candidate can expect to be trained simultaneously on numerous tasks such as:

  • Basic to complex research using various bank systems

  • Providing of deposit, check and statement images

  • Researching and resolving both monetary and non-monetary differences which occur during check and/or credit card processing

  • Performing routine research associated with DDA exception items, dispositioning deposited returned items and servicing research needs related to transaction specific actions

  • Provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients through the KeyValues concepts

Essential Job Function:

Come to work each day with the goal to provide first in class service to all internal/external clients seeking assistance from our team. In doing so, ensure that any opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality or client experience are communicated appropriately in order to effect real change. Escalate any issues identified to the appropriate management. Lastly, it's essential to be an active participant in self-development in order to support the common team but also ones future advancement.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Intermediate to advanced PC and MS Office skills

  • Proven problem solving, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of the larger fast-paced and ever-changing team; all while maintaining a precise attention to detail

  • Comfortable communicating with team members, internal clients and management while maintaining a professional demeanor

  • Demonstrated ability to follow instruction as provided and utilize training to make informed decisions
